I had Continental Home Group out to replace a fence in my yard this week. The installers were fabulous...on time, professional and were top notch when installing my fence. I worked with Garrett on the design and I couldn't be more pleased. My neighbors are in awe of how beautiful it looks. I highly recommend Garrett and the rest of the Continental Home Group team!!

I had a wonderful experience with Continental Home Group LLC. After exploring several companies, Continental truly stood out for their professionalism, pricing,reviews & responsiveness. Garrett, who handled the measurements as well as the deposit, was very courteous and thorough in answering all my questions. The installation was completed by one worker, who put up 61 feet of vinyl fencing all by himself. He did this same day in just a few hours. The manager also came by afterward to ensure everything was perfect. I appreciated that they were not pushy with follow-ups and that the pricing remained consistent. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality and service. Plus, my neighbors and friends who have visited have all commented on how wonderful and sturdy the fencing is. I haven't had any issues since the installation in September (2025). I will definitely recommend this company in the future : )

I started out my search knowing only two things - I needed a fence around a pool, and I needed an old one from around the whole yard removed. I started with the standard google search of fence companies in my area, and found Continental with a perfect 5 star review with almost 600 reviews. Unusual in these days to find a perfect rating, so I checked it out. I sent in the contact form and heard back quickly from Tom. He came out to look at the area and listen to my needs. I only had a general idea of what I wanted with many questions, and Tom shared his guidance and expertise to get to a fully fleshed-out plan. He had even told me an area that additional work was not needed and saved me some money, which to me showed that he cared about customer satisfaction as his top priority rather than creating the largest possible sale price. The next piece was the absolute shocker. I told him I was looking to have this done before mid-May since it was for the pool, and he said they would be out in a few weeks (early December) and we wouldn't have to wait. I never expected a fence installation at the beginning of winter, so this was a great surprise to be able to get it all done now. Tom contacted me a few days prior to let me know when the materials were coming, and that the installation crew would be here the following day. I was happily watching the process throughout the day, and each time I was surprised at how much was accomplished since the last time I peeked. Once it was done, I walked around my new yard with my new fence to see how nice and new everything was, and found some great details that Tom knew were necessary for a pool fence that I never even thought about, like the method of fence opening being one that pulls up to avoid little children from being able to access it, and built-in locks. I skipped the part in the middle of the process where I had some questions and texted Tom just to make sure I understood what to expect, and he got back to me within minutes. I also called later that evening with another few questions and he answered immediately and gave me all the information I needed. The next day, another team member came out to do some final pieces of the removal process on my old fence around the yard, and also asked me if I was happy with everything, to see if there was anything else they needed to do to make this a five star experience. I thought this was a nice touch to follow through on showing that customer satisfaction is clearly their top priority. The only thing he could have done to make the experience better would have been to surprise me with a pizza when he arrived. 🙂 I don't expect to have any need for a fencing company for a long time since this one is brand new, but I would definitely give Tom a call if I did, and I'd happily recommend CHG to my friends.
